How to Order

  1. Search our online catalog to get product information and choose the items you are interested in receiving a quote on. We’ve made it easy to search; just select the type of office furniture you want (seating, cubicles, private office, etc.), and you’ll see thumbnails of the different products we offer.
  2. Select a thumbnail to see a larger image of the product and receive detailed product information. Some products, such as office suites, have several components (a desk, a hutch, a credenza, etc.); you can view the individual components by clicking the view tabs.
  3. From the product detail screen, you can add the item to your shopping cart or continue shopping for other items.
  4. Any time you add an item to your shopping cart, you’ll see all of the products you’ve selected. From this screen, you can continue shopping, update or empty your cart contents, or check out to generate quote request. You can also delete individual items from your shopping cart by changing the product quantity to zero and clicking the “change” button.
  5. Any additional information you can give will help us serve you better. Attaching a floor plan to your quote request on the check out page (preferred format is AutoCAD).
  6. Once you’ve finalized your selections, click the “Submit Quote” button. On the checkout page, follow the instructions to receive a quote. Please fill out all required fields to help us better serve your request. You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail once all your information is received.

What's the lead time for an installation or delivery?

Most of our items are in stock and ready for shipment the next business day, so lead time is incredibly short.

Is there a minimum for orders?

No, there is no minimum order. You can order anywhere from one office chair to a whole floor of cubicles, workstations, office desks, lobby furniture, task chairs or conference tables. Fast Office offers everything you need to furnish your business with simple, affordable office furniture. And get it you fast.

Once I receive a quote how long is the quote effective?

Your quote is effective for approximately 30 days.

What if I want a chair pre-assembled for me prior to shipping - is there an additonal charge?

Yes, there is a small upcharge to pre-assemble any task / guest / executive chair for you prior to shipping them to your location.

What should have I prepared before submitting my quote?

Based on how soon you want your furniture or installation, you should have at least a basic idea of what types of furniture or installation you need. If you have a floorplan in AutoCad that helps quicken your quote a great deal. Your facility should also be ready to accept delivery or furniture with clear hallways, service entryways and floor space.
